The U.S. Government Asks Federal Court To Dismiss Huawei Lawsuit

As Huawei technologies lost a case against a U.S chip designer, the U.S. lawsuit has blacklisted the Chinese tech company. Later the company filed a case against the US government claiming they acted unlawfully.

After a meeting between president Donald Trump and Chinese president Xi Jinping, the US government wants to release the ban on Huawei Technologies.

The company is a segment of the trade war going between the U.S. and China, which is affecting financial markets. According to Trump administration officials, both the presidents will meet next week for a talk.

The proposal of the U.S. government came on Wednesday, in the same District Court for the Eastern District of Texas where the original complaint was registered.
