Chicago Bulls are certainly enjoying some time in the spotlight. With the docuseries “The Last Dance” trending, now is a great time to announce the formal acceptance of Marc Eversley as the new GM.
Canadian native Eversley will also become the first Black GM in the NBA’s history, making a historic turn for the franchise.

Eversley has been known to fans of the NBA in the past for his scouting abilities. Making his name in securing Matisse Thybulle for the Celtics last year, who’s gone on to become one of the best defenders in the NBA.
He also cemented himself as having an excellent eye for talent when he worked for the Wizards in 2013 -2016.
Marc Eversley is seemingly a perfect fit for the job. He’ll be able to offer the league a different perspective and his eye for talent has given him an excellent opportunity to try new things in the NBA.
Certainly it will be no short and easy job considering all of the delays and closures due to COVID. His work is certainly cut out for him in terms of getting things on track. If his previous experience speaks for itself, he should be more than up to the task!
