Science is never stopping, and recently we made some awesome discoveries! Several minor planets have been discovered out past Neptune in our own solar system!
Astronomers have discovered over 120 minor planets at the edges and middle sections of our solar system.
One of the coolest things about this is that this also lends some more credence to the conspiracy theory, Nibiru. Or as most have probably heard it called ‘our ninth planet’.
Most of this information comes from the DES (Dark Energy Survey), which is what led to these 120+ planetary body discoveries. So what does this have to do with the mysterious ninth planet? Well scientists hope to use this same methodology and research to assist in discovering if it exists or not.
Gary Bernstein, an astrophysicist from the University of Pennsylvania had this to say on the new discoveries:
“There are lots of ideas about giant planets that used to be in the solar system and aren’t there anymore, or planets that are far away and massive but too faint for us to have noticed yet.”

All of this is super cool and interesting to read about! Just think of all the things that could be on our universal back door that we’ve never even known about for years!
Wherever you fall on the conspiracy of Planet Nibiru, one thing is certain, this was a welcome change of pace for news today. Amidst all the chaos and delays, news like this really helps to put things in a better perspective!
