10 EASY Meals you can Make at Home

Tired of doing things like Postmates or UberEats? Well, luckily for you, there are plenty of options for easy to cook at home meals. While some of these may require a quick trip to the store, or a Postmates order, most of them can be made with common pantry items!

Chick Scampi Pasta

Combining some of the best things ever in quickly made meals, chicken and pasta. You’re effectively just replacing the shrimp with the chicken, which is a great source of natural protein.

Plus, it takes like maybe 30 minutes to make!

Esacrole and Bean Soup

Meat not your preferred source of protein? Well, there are plenty of options if that’s the case!

One of the better ones is that of Escarole. This Italian soup is silky and rich, using ingredients like garlic or Parmesan really bring the whole dish together!

Shrimp Stir-Fry

One of the best things about stir-fry is that you can pretty much combine any type of meat/meat substitute and veggies and it’ll turn out solid.

Shrimp stir-fry is one of the better types of stir-fry. The shrimp pairs well with bright vegetables like peppers and corn. Well worth investing some time into it!

Ravioli

It’s like pasta that somehow is even better than just regular pasta!

Usually stuffed with things like beef, cheese or anything in between. Ravioli is great for just day to day dishes and trying some new ideas!

Glazed Salmon

Fish is a fantastic source for vitamins, antioxidants and protein. Salmon in particular is great for trying out new recipes and getting crazy with ideas.

Rich, silky and easy to spice up. Trying things like glazing or marinade with salmon yields fantastic results!

Mac N’ Cheese

The older Ive gotten, the better Mac N’ Cheese gets.

One of the biggest reasons is just because of how insanely easy it is to make. you combine noodles, butter and then look up combinations of cheese and other ingredients. results may vary, but I have yet to find a bad combo of Mac N’ Cheese!

Cod

If salmon was the best for getting a little crazy with glazes, Cod is the best for tried and true.

Light, zesty and easy to cook. Cod is much more of an every man’s fish. you can combine things like spices and peppers to give it some oomph!

Omelettes

Eggs are one of the best sources of natural protein in the food pyramid. And if you were never particular great at doing things like omelettes and eggs, then there’s no better time to start!

Throw in some veggies, spices, meat etc! Eggs are versatile and go with quite a few different things!

Linguini

It’s like spaghetti with extra steps, but man oh man is it worth it!

Linguini is much lighter, more reliant on white sauces and more silky then it’s heavier cousins.

Carbonara Fried Rice

One of my personal favorites, or just any type of rice bowl dish is a winner in my book!

Carbonara is already so rich in flavor and versatility that combining it with a grain like rice is a match made in heaven! Cannot recommend this last one enough!

Give any one of these easy to make recipes a try! Get creative with it, throw in some of your favorite veggies and accompanying spices! You’d be surprised how well these things all go together!
