Kanye West has been making headlines recently with some bizarre decisions and announcements, and now he is sparring with his own family over the matter.
After announcing his campaign for president and holding his first political rally, much controversy has been made. During the rally, Kanye spoke about how his wife, Kim Kardashian West, was close to aborting the pregancy of their daughter, North, and even said his wife may want to divorce him for speaking about it publicly. The rapper then went on a Twitter rant on Monday night, calling out his family and other people around him.

There have been reports that his family is concerned over his actions and behavior recently and the remarks he made at the rally, including denouncing Harriet Tubman. They fear he is in the “middle of a serious bipolar episode.”
In a series of now-deleted tweets, Kanye said that: “Kim was trying to fly to Wyoming with a doctor to lock me up like on the movie Get Out because I cried about saving my daughters life yesterday.”
He also went after his mother-in-law, Kris Jenner, saying she was not allowed near his children. The name “calmye” is apparently a reference to Kris’ boyfriend, Corey Gamble.
He was clear that he love Kim, who he has four children with, and that he wants his family to live next to him (he is currently at a ranch in Wyoming).
He called for Kim and Kris to call him, posting an image of a text he sent to Jenner, saying: “This Ye you ready to talk now or are [you] still avoiding my calls.”
He also criticized Jenner some more by commenting on Kim’s sex tape with Ray J that was released, as well as a 2007 pictorial in Playboy. Jenner has helped make her daughter’s famous by being their manager. He concluded his rant by saying his children will “never do Playboy“.

He also went after some other public figures, like Drake, who he has been duking it out with in a feud for a while. He claimed that Shia LaBeouf didn’t show up to a Yeezy Gap collaboration photo shoot.
Finally, West said he will be focusing on his music right now, with an album, DONDA – which is named after his late mother – will be released on Friday.

Kanye West hasn’t been adverse to stirring up controversy and it seems to follow him through his career. This, however, is a new level and there is legitimate reason for fans and family to be concerned. Whether or not his campaign for presidency actually pans out or not, he doesn’t seem to be in a good place right now.
